My dear `Y'

I received your letter yesterday. Today I am writing you about his prize giving ceremony of our school. The prize giving ceremony out our school was held on the 10th instant. We decorated our school with the flowers and colored papers. We erected a stage and a nice gate to welcome the guests. The District Education Officer presided over the function. The main function began with the recitation from the holy Quran. Then the Headmaster read out the annual report of the school. In fine, the chief guest delivered a short speech, which encouraged the students Then he gave away the pieces to the winners and shook hands with them. The function ended with national Anthem.
