Television is one of the most wonderful wonders of modern science. It has become an important source of recreation. It had much educative value too. Like family planning, health and sanitation, modern method of agriculture, fishing and poultry, farming are shown through T.V. Even the illiterate men are benefited A lot of programs of seminar and symposium satisfies the intellectual third of the students and the educated men. Television program needs good planning.
